Guts and Glory 5K Run And Walk…

“The Philadelphia/Delaware Valley Chapter of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America will hold its Guts & Glory 5K Run and Walk on Saturday, August 12, in Ocean City.”

The entry fee is $20 and they are encouraging that you get pledges as well. Of course all of this goes to the non-profit CCFA to help further research on Crohn’s and Colitis.

Unfortunately I can’t make it, but I sure hope all of you can!
